Our health is one of the most important aspects of our life and one that we do not always pay attention to in our busy lives. You can have all the money and all the romance and all the fame, but without health such earthly desires are empty.  

We only seem to notice when something goes wrong and pay attention to what is not right. There is an old saying that the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

 We are subjected to uncounted stresses and the ups and downs of modern life and diets that follow the 'what's convenient' rule-of thumb. 

Our challenge while on this planet is to find the balance of the many parts of ourselves, and to become the best we,  that we can be.   Healthy habits are the daily connection that pulls us together.  You are invited to explore the levels of healing information and realize that your own mileage may vary.
