Physical Healing

The Promise to OurSelves

Our bodies are wonderful healing machines.   Future medicine is being called complementary now rather than alternative.  A doctor can diagnose and proscribe, but it is you and only you who do the actual work of healing.  That does not mean that Doctors will become unnecessary.   Together we must forge partnerships - thus complementary medicine.

So how can you amplify the body's ability to heal?

First and most importantly give your body the building blocks, good food and adequate nutrition.  I personally take supplements daily and have had excellent results with a natural healing agent called Noni that helps to enhance the immune system...For more information on this ancient healing medicinal please email

Secondly, healthful exercise and practice of the techniques described above for emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

Thirdly, I recommend Reiki Energy Medicine is a wonderful way to speed up the body's own ability to heal itself.   Reiki amplifies the connection to the Source of Universal Love and this energy is drawn to the places where you most need healing. It seems to work in levels healing the most important issues first

Things to remember about Advertising Claims before you start self-medicating:

1. Avoid flashy marketing tactics or products that profess to have a secret formula or claims of a miracle breakthrough. If it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

2. Should you become ill, do not substitute products for professional medical care. Always consult a doctor or other health care professional.

3. If you are pregnant, nursing a child, or planning to become pregnant, consult your physician before consuming a product. These kinds of  products are not recommended for infants or children without the advice of a physician, pharmacist, or other health professional trained in their use.

4. Seek the advice of your physician or pharmacist before taking most  products. Particularly, consumers should understand any potential drug interactions, allergy, or medical contraindications.

5. Many of these products can be therapeutic for people with chronic illnesses. However, consult a physician, pharmacist or other trained health care professional before initiating their use.

6. Dosing may vary based on individual needs and the nature of the product itself. Always follow the directions on the label unless otherwise specified by your health care professional.

7. Although they are not over the counter or prescription drugs, some of these products may still be dangerous if taken in inappropriate dosages.

8. Be certain that any product you take is clearly labeled by the manufacturer with the product ingredients and dosage recommendations.

9. Consider keeping a journal to chart the effects of your program - be they favorable or otherwise. Be sure to report any adverse reactions to your doctor, pharmacist or directly to the manufacturer.

10. We are all bio-chemically unique. Our experience with these products for health and healing and other valuable information should be shared between patient and health professional.

Remember you are a unique individual and what works for you may not work for another so be careful what you recommend to others, and honor your own body first.
