MEETING YOUR GUIDE

(You may want to record this for yourself)

Relax deeply, then imagine you are on a beach. Behind you, there is a
Forrest-- in front of you, the ocean,   Allow your feet to sink into the warm sand, and slowly open your inner eyes. 

Notice the waves of the ocean, and the color of the sand.  Notice what time of day it is,  Look at the trees behind you. 

Open your inner ears, hearing the crashing of waves on the shore,  the seagull's cry, the rustling of the trees. 

Smell the ocean air, taste the salt on your lips, use all your inner senses to find yourself there.......

Now go in search of a magical place, a place where you will meet your guide,

it might be a sandy cove, or a crystal cave, or a clearing in the Forrest, or a stone circle.   It might be an underwater temple beneath the ocean waves.   Or it might be a cloud in the sky,  Go to wherever your heart leads you.

In this magical place, mentally ask one of your guides to join you,
Wait patiently,
until you see or sense someone joining you.. your guide might take human or
angelic form, or come to you as light or color, or you might simply sense a
presence, or feel a warm glow. Welcome your guide, and ask for their name. 

{ you might hear the name, see it, or just 'know' it. sometimes it changes from the first name that you hear, but you'll know when you've got it right. it might be a simple name such as Jane or Sam.}

You might wish to ask whether your guide ever lived on the Earth,
or whether you have ever known each other 'before'. Or you might ask about
the next steps in your life's journey, or the skills and qualities you are
developing at the present. Or you could ask for help in manifesting a Dream,
or letting go of the past, or healing your inner child-- Or whatever else
you desire.

Allow this contact to be REAL. 

Remind yourself of the miracle of
our unseen friends- and feel your gratitude towards your guide. Thank and
hug your guide before saying goodbye. 

Return to the place on the beach where your journey began.
Then slowly and gently bring yourself back to the room.

{Guides are usually so careful to avoid causing alarm that you are quite
likely to doubt their presence, and feel you are 'making it up'}
