If you can't practice agape, try for agate. Open the gate and let the good stuff in, close the gate to keep the bad stuff out. When you see that the bad stuff is really good stuff in disguise, throw the gate away. If agate is not working for you, go for agoat. Manifesting agoat, simply eat every bit without any judgment.
Eat the good, eat the bad, enjoy it all. Eat until your belly bulges out an you wobble to and fro when you walk.  Make no judgment on your form, be at peace with your body, practice oneness with the food.
